You need to be at least level 61.

You could also do packet spamming, it's not fast but it's easy XP I guess. ShatterGlass mirror's quests have to be finished then you just packet spam this in /hedgemaze:

Generic attack bots which job is to just kill any monster in the room is still one of the fastest ways to earn gold/xp/class points.

Now for the maps:
Timespace (478xp per kill) (LVL 1 - 45)
Pirates (405xp per kill) (LVL 1-35)
Battleground A-E (LVL 45-61)
Icestormarena (must be lvl 50 and 75)

Icestormarena with a class boost enabled, Depending on the class you can reach rank 10 pretty quick, around 15 - 20 minutes. :-)
