Hypothethical situation triggeredy by recent G2A
statement.
I would love to hear your opinion.
Gaming community suggests that most of keys on G2A are purchased by stolen credit cards. This is obviously stupid because you cant buy game keys on Steam or Origin. Transaction adds a game to the library - you dont see the key you can sell. So only small amout of indie devs running their stores is potentially vulnerable. Or are they? That's the case. Imagine you got $20k on stolen credit cards. Ready to be used. Would you spend that cash on some indie games. Do you think it is a good way to cash out the money? If yes, Is G2A good place to sell the keys aftewards or you would rather pick other place?
I am wondering if G2A is actually bullshitting or this is indeed stupid idea and there are better/easier things to buy to cash out the money.
THX!
