This is easy to do. I can't do a mod but a texture pack is easy to do. Find someone that codes Java enough to give a fuck about this and there have you.
But here's a tutorial
> Install Paint.NET at https://www.getpaint.net/download.html
> Install this pack for paint.net https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/11...ruary-23-2020/
> Dump your current textures by making a folder in %appdata%\.minecraft\resourcepacks
> Go in Game, go to Settings > Texture Packs, and double click the folder you made.
> Go back to your folder and find bow_pulling_0/1/2.png and bow_standby.png in ~\resourcepacks\assets\minecraft\textures\items
> Right click this and navigate to Open With > paint.net
> In paint.net, select all (Ctrl + A) and click Adjustments > Transparency, and decrease that by -40 or something
> ...
> success
