Deep state or not there are even deeper states that want trump to stay put and keep dividing the country, keep the confidence in the american government low, generate corruption, you name it the facts are russia and china love trumpster, they see he is easily offended, quick to jump the gun and retaliate and generally inexperienced in politics, so by all means if you really want america to fall vote trump
