Cash -> Card -> Refund -> Cash Out Card?

Anyone know of a card that I can load cash on to that will allow me to still TFID, and then cash out the card and move onto another one without using my info?

The $500 prepaid visa gift cards you get from the grocery store work, unfortunately I can't find any for sale above $500 in value.
