[MENU]
Numpad 2 = Hide Menu
Numpad 8 = Menu go up
Numpad 5 = Menu go down
Numpad 4 = Toggle
Numpad 6 = Toggle
F8 = Eject
T = Aim Key
[TO START]
1. Download .dll
2. Launch game
3. Turn off any gamebooster/overlays
4. Highly recommended to use windowed mode
5. Inject the .dll using any injector anytime during the game
[TROUBLESHOOTING]
If the game crashes, download MS C++ Redistrib Package (2008)
If it still crashes, post what you did, how you injected etc..
[KNOWN ISSUES]
Partial fullscreen compatibility
Some Windows 8 crashes
Barricade items (shield, barb wire) show up incorrectly in ESP

was it patched? because the ICYHOOK says "renderer is not valid, the game has probably been updated".

That is my problem...
This is outdated, only if today's hotfix made it work again, but it's really doubtful.
