    Need info on hwid ban on dbd

    I got hwid banned about 140 days ago. Since then I�ve tried to change all my disks and that didn�t work. So now I�m buying a new computer instead. Thing is I�m pretty new to all this so I was just wondering if I should be 100% safe with a new computer? Does the MAC adress change when I have a new computer? Do they ban external drives (like mouse, monitor, keyboard etc)? And should I change my IP just to be safe?
