to sum it up, you can convert your btc into nearly anything.. you wont have alot of fees with the most altcoins.
to hold usd, you can send BUSD e.g.

I use coinbase and i stay with them, not sure why you'd move.
Binance is good for the convenience it offers but from recent experience, btc fees are much cheaper on blockchain than on binance. Binance is better for practically every other crypto though as it's just much more convenient.
If you put in binance 2-fk it will not require "biometrics" for several years on 1 account. Never been banned
Convert to USDT then withdraw / deposit through the TRX/Tron network for a $1 fee.
But honestly that's not much compared to the broken fees of Ethereum, I've seen fees go past $400 before to send $70 in ETH.

Binance banned me for no reason a few weeks ago, made a reddit thread about it and they deleted it after a few minutes. I suggest moving from Binance ASAP.
