This started to occur for me around a couple weeks ago. I spent hours trying to figure out what the hell to do to fix this. Hopefully this tutorial will help anyone having the same problem.
Description of problem: Inside r6 the no recoil macro doesn't work very well or only works for a second. Then the macro becomes very delayed and often doesn't work at all.
Reason: This occurs because in my case I have two monitors and my cpu/gpu shifts the majority of its focus onto the game and leaves everything else as a lower priority. This makes everything else run significantly slower while I'm tabbed into the game, Including Logitech Gaming Software, which in return makes the script run slower.
Fix:Open up Task Manager and navigate to Logitech Gaming Framework. Click the drop down arrow and right click Logitech Gaming Framework and then click go to details. https://imgur.com/a/xW8Pm
Now right click LCore.exe and click set priority to realtime while keeping r6 at normal priority (Its at normal by default). https://imgur.com/a/S4OU9
This fixed the problem for me I hope it fixes it for everyone else.

i had the problem but i found if you goto the logitect software and goto the profile the macro is on and right click it then click always persistent. it works for me
Doesnt fix it. I use two monitors too.

My macro (basically just a rapid click) is laggy as f*** even with real time priority, borderless and logitech soft start as admin.
I want to say that setting it to real time helped but I'm not sure. I'm using a no-recoil script and it's something like only half the time when I click fire does it activate. Anyone else experience this? Anyone else able to get it so the script activates 100% of the time when you click fire?
Was bothering me, fixed. Thanks!
