It may be better to start with creating a daily routine of stretches and exercise to keep your body in shape. Simple things like pushups/crunches and toe touches/lunges can go a long way!

keeping your body coordinated and in shape is one thing, but I would also recommend joining any kind of fight gym, there you also train your mind, which is at least as important as the body
You get in shape to fight... You don`t fight to get in shape... Find an MMA or boxing gym. That`s where you start. Gaining muscle is going to come down to your eating habits. You can lift weights 2 hours a day, 6 days week but if you are not eating to gain muscle then no amount of weight training is going to help you add more then a few pounds.
