Honestly, using up my time more effectively by prioritizing.
The stuff I have to get done - that's getting done no matter up when I'm up. Work, Training, Paying Bills, Currently Litigation. I give myself two hours in the morning on non-workdays to gather myself. Drink coffee, read up on news, talk to fam, and workout. The rest of the day, I'm doing something listed prior. In between, I'll give myself an hour to watch tv or play video games or browse the web for bull. I've deleted all social media (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook (that's the oldest), TikTok, WhatsApp, Messenger) to keep distractions minimal.
If I find that I have free time, I'm researching something that can potentially help me evolve (financially, mentally, health wise, etc.)
