I have made 4 legion token bots and analyzed them to get the most efficient method of legion farming.
Do note that the tests were done in a:
Bots listed here are at Base64 format. In order to load this, copy the code, open script manager > File > Open > Base64 Code... and paste the base64 code.
Method 1: Shogun Paragon Pet (4500 LTs every 30 minutes)
This bot is only for people who owned Shogun Paragon Pet. It accepts the 2 of the 3 quests that the pet gives to farm LTs. This is recommended for players who uses a high DPS (which are mostly single targeted) class such as Lightcaster and Elemental Dracomancer since one of the monsters that needs to be killed has a 13k HP. Blaze Binder and Vampire Lord is also good but I recommend using the next method instead.
Method 2: Shogun Paragon Pet (Time for Some Spring Cleaning) (5000 LTs every 30 minutes)
Similar to method 1, this also requires the pet. But compared to the former method, this only accepts "Time for Some Spring Cleaning" which does not need for the player to kill a monster with 13k HP. This yields greater results since the monsters are only at ~1.5k HP. Farming classes such as Blaze Binder are highly recommended.
Method 3: Legion Arena (2500 LTs every 30 minutes)
Suitable (obviously) for people who do not have the farming pets. It is kind of risky to do since you need to be in a public room in order to efficiently farm with this method, also add the fact that some mods DO check this map and I have read that people got 3-day ban from this. You just need to be on alert while botting I guess...
Method 4: Dreadrock (1000 LTs every 30 minutes)
The most inefficient (out of all the methods I said) but more safe than method 3. Use this only if you intend to leave your bot for a long time without checking it. Farming class is recommended.
I also recommend setting up a hunt map for Fotia and Dreadrock. Hunt maps does not affect the performance of the bot but it will always leaves you to warp in a center part of the map. To generate a hunt map, go to the Hunt Map tab on Floob (located on the right-most menu), click load current map and set the pads for each cell. After setting, save the map by clicking the button. A file "<map name>.huntmap" will be saved in the /Huntmap folder.
Do note that the tests were done in a:
- Level 100 account
- Blaze Binder class (Lightcaster in legionarena) with full wiz, +30% wep boost, and a skill pattern of 1-2-3-4
- 150-200ms server latency
- Server-wide legion token boost is active
