How do u super jump

Hi im kinda new to this fourm but i was wondering how do u super jump?? i got assakas V3 hack and i click it but with i press F1 and then space nothing happens

Uhh there isnt much about it.. btw does anyone know what Strg means i think its shift + ctrl and something else.
