Automator Program

Does anybody know of a program that can record my keystrokes, then repeat them for me?
I'm running windows 7 and I tried Workspace Macro Pro but it doesn't run on Windows7 and crashes immediately. I just need something that will move my character in crossfire back to the same spot (w then s for the same amount of time each) every 1minute and 30seconds in crossfire.
I can just put a book on the mouse but the game kick you if you dont move for 2 minutes.

Any help guys?
