There is no such Thing in a Mod you will likely only get this in a VIP hack or a Very Good Public Hack

I guess it might be creatable via mod,if they were retarded enough to put the data in the rez files, and someone where to discover it, and they didn't have the timing on a server and it was actually based on the clients information.....but most likely the only way to get it is a server side hack. There was a recent hack plague, which allowed players to walk through walls, fly, speed knife, etc... I believe everyone that used it, w/the exception of a lucky few, was permanently banned.
