My iMac will last me a good 6-8 years before i consider buying a new one.
Plus, with Bootcamp, i can run windows natively (which is what I'm doing now).

iMac is good at everything but games, so I prefer PC.

The money you paid for that iMac would bring you a normal PC with double power (downside would be no mac, but most people don't really mind that).

It is good a games with bootcamp.
Most Macs now (i'm sure the iMacs and Macbooks do, except for the Macbook Air) come with ATI Radeon ####. Mines an HD 4580, or something like that.

HD4580 quite sucks?

That means no dx11 and no eye candy in most games

BOOTCAMP, still Windows OS, thus its void.

I'm sorry guys, get off the Mac-hating band-wagon.
I don't like to spend all of my money on the best graphics card around. I got my iMac as gift for straight A's through middle school and my first two years of high school.
I do console gaming more than anything - i don't have to update my damn graphics card everytime the latest and greatest game comes out, and there's not much "hacking" in them. I like to play fair sometimes, ya know? actually have a challenge.
Except playing with Dave. He's not that good at Bad Company 2.

I'm not Mac-hating, me and my friends even got a friend a macbook for his birthday. But fact is, you could have at least a 5850 with more or less the same setup for the cost of that iMac
