This wont happen for many reasons
one they cant bypass the encrypted code on the runescape site.. but not only that the server itself which is runescape the game has another encription which will never ever be bypassed.. and if some1 has ever bypassed all that they can make themselfs admin and take over runescape but money gens are fake..
