Yes you can get custom power levels from 70-120 or 55-70 etc.

How fast could you lvl a 1-120 bishop in kradia and is it considered a mobber or singular attack. Also if we do buy can we send you the end stat build we want? Such as all int and X heal X holy symbol and etc?

It will take 3-5 days for the DK.
For the bishop i'm not sure how long it will take but it will be done asap.

Bishops would be classed as mobbing class and yes you can choose your ending stats and skill levels.
