They're looking for people who contribute, and they know who will set a good example, regardless ability is important but it's not all their looking for. Keep believing everything you read.

Ask Liz, or Doc yourself.. Hell even kyle agree'd with me.

Guys settle down.
As you know,
the rules here have changed
so going back and fourth with flames will get you know nowhere.

I agree with Spawn, gfx team members should not be picked just because of their skill.
Candidates should be active.
They should be ready to contribute.
They should be able to offer positive feedback and help newer artists.
They should also be willing to work well with other team members, and collaborate ideas.
Even though Doc, Liz, and Scrcrw haven't posted these prerequisites publicly,
I'm pretty sure those are some of the things they are taking into consideration.
