Protected with .Net Reactor. You cannot decompile with .Net Reflector, atleast. Idk how to decompile it else..

Simple solution: PM the author "neononxxx" and ask him to send you an un-packed version of the dll so you can decompile it and check it, then allow him to post the protected one in the thread.
this is the unpacked version.
Best Bet in this situation is double and triple check virus scans and test the file manually inside of sandbox.
