[FSP][PR][EPIC] FALIN HALLOWEEN PP-19 V2!
First off, this is V2. I don't really think I'll make a V3.
1) there is NO carbon!
2) this was made for Falin, I will not put your name on it.
3) I am being nice by releasing, don't give me shit
4) I will not get an ingame, I'm not CSM, don't give me shit
5) feel free to rate/comment/thank. don't give me shit(flame)
6) this is a hallowen themed mod. That is why it is orange + black
7) the reason I released this is secret. DO NOT ASK/ don't give me shit
8) this is V2. I fed things that people complained about.
