League of Legends help?

I've downloaded the leagueoflegends.exe from the site, but when i double click it nothing happens? I really want to play this game , so how do i fix it. And no useless comments like *dont play this play ______,etc*

Edit: Now i cant even download the file D< like nothing happens ):

First completely remove the game from your cpu. Then download bit from another site. . . try going through MMOHUT it should work then. is a great game i love it. . . . addicting though =)
