No not trainer like someone to do it for him. Trainer like a program that hacks/mods. And it sounds like your looking for prestiging. Unless I misread smth.

But what i need is a mod that sets level of everyone in it to level 0
or an menu that i can enter ( menu in mod ) where i can set players to level 0...

just delete the stat files-.-' gosh.. and then start the game again and hes lvl 0.

Dude, use a rank hack/trainer.
Set it to prestige 1, level 1, with 0 exp.
Then go into your players folder, and delete your STAT files.
