Clean your computer , run GameBooster premium , do a defragment on CA, and try again i guess. It wouldnt work but i suppose it would raise about 3-10 FPS up.

you get your knife out, start sprinting switch guns mid sprint, keep sprinting, speed is maintained whilst the gun has changed, that is how its done i believe, and hell this is the first i heardof it LOLS
