Unfortunately there is no other way. Account Stealer Programs are dangerous and not supported here on MPGH. The only "Correct" way to do this is by contacting Z8Games. I would submit another ticket with the following information;
https://support.z8games.com/
When contacting them mention your situation
Provide your IP Address
What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address
And the last 4 digits of your Credit card number only if you bought ZP from Z8games
Transaction IDs
If this is your account and you can provide enough details they will reset your information or change it for you. It's very difficult to get requests like these done to prevent stealing.
