this is peer guardian 2....this app can up date list of ips to block them......it blocks government....education...anti p2p (like RIAA)....and more u you can even add list that you want. hell i block microsoft from pinging me. this app is free...heres the link to get it for your os. its not 100%protection but it'll help hide what you download (cracked copies).
