I cheat on my desktop and then perform on WOGL AC and get a positive KD.
Half of the WOGL community has closet cheaters that perform on client and get positive KD's.

I know 2 people who got caught in WOGL:
Vitalix AKA OneShotWOGL from Omni.
REAL^ AKA rtt from RD, VerTu, and IceNine opked in a clan war and still does amazing on client.
Numerous from Righteous Dawn have been caught cheating and STILL do amazing on client.

You can hack on client, GodsRevenger proved that.

I mostly played last summer when there were tons of hacks out. I decided to come back and play for Spring Break and now all the hacks are gone and it seems like Nexon's just taking their banning to a new level. Am I right in saying this?

I hacked for like 3 years going on four never banned. Rarely OPK'd

I hacked a ton last Summer, got to 2lt in 2 months, quit the game for the fall semester, came back for winter break, and then in February they banned my account. I sent in a ticket though and they unbanned it.

Is it honestly safe to hack right now, I'd really prefer to keep my account?

I'd just call myself lucky. I wouldn't try it now. I've been going legit on my lower accounts, not doing bad either.
