Questions regarding investment.

So few days ago, I went to CVS embracing myself against an embarrassment of buying NX... and bought a 25k to get T-2. So now i have T-2 and when i went to buy nx, i had more money because i was planning on buying a lil bit more for speed equips. I have 444nx prepaid left and if i want recon, cyclops, and patriot ill have to spend 20700k but if i want anti flash, i can spend 19700, and with the left over 5000k from buying 25k i could buy either tiger strider or tracker knife for 90 days with it. So which option sounds better? They will all be 90 days.
1.) recon, cyclops, patriot, and tiger
2.) recon, cyclops, patrior, and tracker
3.) recon, cyclops, anti-flash, and tiger
4.) recon, cyclops, anti-flash, and tracker

Can't buy a lot of perms and he is thinking like how I do. He wants a long-term investment and that is rather nice, not short terms.

Also. I don't like playing in rooms with explosives. I usually go for no explosive elim pro, sniper only elim pro, or no explosives elimination. And in CWs we usually play no explosives anything. so will that change the thoughts on choosing anti-flash? I dont seem to have seen flashes for a while though.
