The "Michelin Man" looking figure in the middle(lol) doesn't really fit in, it looks too dry, maybe copy the layer it is on, and poot it on top of the original layer, add a 3.0 gaussian blur too it + set the layer to overlay?
You always want the character to stand out more than the background, your background is too busy and colorful, and takes the emphazees away from the "Michelin Man" figure, are you trying to do this on purpose or just a mistake??
I think an easy fix would just be to darken your background behind the figure tho.
