You can learn online or just get a mentor to teach you.

look up on google LearnC++ one of the best tuts ever!
If you want to start coding,getting right to the point isn't always a great idea.
Learning other programming languages can help a hell of a lot.
I started Visual Basic and currently I'm coding and releasing multitools and etc.
Later on I plan to learn C# and C++,but I'm still unsure.
If you want to start learning C++ now,online classes,youtube tutorials as well as tutorials on MPGH,and reading books on C++ can help greatly.
Good luck on learning to code in C++.
