If people can play Combat Arms, you can play this. I play around 20 matches a day, and hardly ever run into hackers.

you have to submit an email to SGI. takes about a month for most complicated cases.

Eh, past few weeks I haven't ran into any hackers. And that is just not including chams, I know for a fact I have ran into a few here and there, but they aren't everywhere, very few of them.
