A.V.A Macro 1.2

People say 1.1 doesn't work for them well i downloaded the sourcecode and changed it a bit and it works fine for me. So you here you are free to use it. Enjoy!

Changes:

- Changed wheel button to right mouse button so that it is more suitable. You'll have to change ingame right mouse to something else though. (e.g Special Fire -> Numeric pad 8 or something)
