I'm in the exact same boat as you..it's really getting on my nervs..damn Vista
I am new, so I have to ask outright what others may have already explained.
- Do I have to uninstall AVG or ALL forms of Anti-Virus? Surely, the hack doesn't require that I stop using all forms of anti-virus protection. This would expose most users to untold amounts of security threats when they aren't on the game, but still using the internet.
- I've read the article about disabling UAC, along w/ several comments left by users at the How-To Geek :: Computer Help from your Friendly How-To Geek Apparently, disabling UAC simply starts up a new set of prompts, which while less annoying, require a new set of skills. Also some administrators are complaining that disabling UAC allows non-admin users to do all kinds of sh*t they shouldn't be able to do, even when UAC is set to only affect administrators. Have you experienced this? I can't have my son jacking up my computer because I needed a few hours to run a hack on a game. (My kid would be shocked to hear I was on this forum. lol lol)
Anywho, any responses are much appreciated. I am good CA player, but it appears that if I want to continue to compete I need to face the fact that a lot of people are running hacks now. I am ready to take names and break some necks.

Well that is that and this is this,
You tell me what you want and I'll tell you what you get,
You get away from me.
You get away from me.__________________________________________________Modest Mouse
