Because sir, I live in Canada, which is in North America, unaffected by the IP restrictions. ;D

You can make an account for someone in Europe, but he won`t be able to access servers with his IP. FAIL.

Yeah he will, as you can still access CF servers with any IP, they stated so, you can only make acc's if u live in the U.S/Canada. CF-Japan works basically the same way.

Your wrong , he CAN acess it if the account was made by a IP outside the ip restriction.

@iSnipeZz. I think you are correct. Since when you create an acc from restricted area it warns you you can`t access the servers. However you won`t have that warning if it`s outside that area. Witch means if he creates it for you you can use it. Since it`s not restricted on IP playing, but on IP creating the account.

It makes no mention of an account being created in NA and used in Europe. So... I guess,

Srsly though, it says with those new accounts that fall outside the servers. You realize that these accounts fall INSIDE the servers. Therefore any previously created non-N/A or any N/A account, regardless of the player, may play on the account.

@idamian Fine then, but if you read the text it says: You can register, but you can`t play.

Please register one for me, I live in restricted area, and I want to try it out then. I will post the results here.
