Black screen after welcome with cursor

i have window 7 and after it says welcome I get a black screeen with cursor. I've tried running explorer.exe but it's already running and went to safe mode and scanned with malwarebytes but I found nothing. I system restored and still same problem. Need some help please

Man , i had this same problem.. but it was after i downloaded a fucking malware on youtube, everything was black and i couldnt see my shortcuts or anything. My solution was Formatting my computer. I don't know if you would want to do that but maybe you have a RAT.

Try to go into safe mode while booting..
