Ok niggas, today we gonna be learning basic arithmetic operations in the set of all natural numbers or in laymen terms, all non-negative integers.
First you need to know your numbers, there are:
0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. These are called Arabic Numerals (don't worry, they weren't terrorists)
It's very important that you realize,
2 is more than 1,
7 is more than 3,
but 4 is less than 9.
Numbers can go on forever, what in mathematics is called infinity.
Ok so today's lecture will cover addition and subtraction.
1+1=2
2+1=3
5+5=10
8+7=15
Now you can use more than just 2 numbers, just watch
5+7+9=21
Next we'll cover subtraction.
Unlike addition, instead of make our numbers go up, we'll be going down.

2-1=1
3-1=2
5-3=2
9-6=3
17-9=8
Now that you have the hang of subtraction, let's mix things up a bit.
3-1+7=9
11+17-5=23
