Why couldn't it be the old theme modified to be compatible with VB4? 
Do not like the blue and font. Logo looks nice. Change blue to darker navy blue and change font of FORUM, WHATS NEW and LOG OUT.

Switch the aqua blue to dark blue, and make it blue -> white, not white -> blue.
