A common misconception about MAT Automaton is that it is a "Python" aimbot. This is not actually true. MAT Automaton in and of itself does not provide any cheats. The core of MAT Automaton is made up of many many thousands of lines of C++ code.

This may sound like a rant, but it frustrates me when people misrepresent MAT Automaton.

Python is a simple yet powerful language. Since it is interpreted and not compiled I can quickly modify the cheat and release updates in no time at all. Indeed, a script can be modified and reloaded all while the MAT client is running. One of the other reasons is to allow others to modify and extend the functionality of the cheats.
