CA Not Working!

CA wont work for me.
when i start it
this pops up

what should i do?

GO TO THE COMBAT ARMS FORUMS THEY TELL YOU THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOUR CA PROBLEMS

I redownloaded 3 times...

Hs failed to update. Best advice would to be reinstall like stated above.
