Fuckk.. I thought Martin would have this hands down..

Here's my woes with deciding who to vote for here.

Dae's is pretty boring. Really nothing special to look at..but it blends well and the text reminds me of old school styles and works well.

Martin's has color issues that bothered me at first glance.
The Background is monochromatic, as well as the effects. Where the focal has nice pops of color in the hair and face area,
even his shirt has a sheen black pop characteristic. Sadly the effects also have this same monochrome feel.
Perhaps if it had some colors that worked well with the focal in them it would have saved this piece a bit more.

My vote goes to Dae. Sorry pal.

Haven't touched Photoshop in a couple of weeks, but I think I've done pretty gewd, seeing that I could only use C4D's whilst they were on lighten/screen or linear dodge. And about the monotonish color scheme, yada yada I know. However, I thought it'd be an asset to the outcome because of the bland render, but it didn't work out too well. I'm glad you've taken my piece seriously, though. And I loved your CnC, thank you, Eth (:

i say this because i suck with C4D D: and i love when someone uses them with great effects =D
