Japs know Kung Fu and they're all ninjas so they win in close quarters fights like ones inside of Banks & Hotels

Italians Run the show when it comes to Mafia and they know what they're doing, but can't handle the Japs indoors

Japanese Mafia/Yakuza remind me a lot of the Italian mafia except they have a greater business model. AFAIK only a small margin of their income is from the Black Market, so I would think in a contest between the Japs and Italians I'd say the Japs would win because they would be more stable (aside from physical contests).
