Help, I downloaded the cracked version and fixed almost all problem like mss32.dll missing but I could not find a solution here so if someone could help.

Here is what it says completely:


Error during initialization:
Couldn't load fileSysCheck.cfg. Make sure Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3 is run from the correct folder.

Edit: Is it supposed to be in the C: directory?

I don't really know where the folder should be because when I install, it says where do I desire to put my folder in.

Btw:

I would also like to know where should my MW3 folder be.

Sounds like a bad crack try going a new one

but Default location for steam is

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3

I would try even though it's cracked

Hmm Try get a Better Cr*** . Btw did you Install Textures Hacks or Custom skins? if yes then your mw3 works fine & your just messed up installing custom textures!

Easy Solution : open the IW_00.IW ( from mw3 \main folder) create a new dokument using editor & call it fileSysCheck.cfg install this in your iw_00 & youre back to the Game
