bro you dont need a paypal for it, goto your local gas station, or grocery store, buy a prepaid visa, call the number and register it...then when you goto buy your *********, click buy and you will see where u can enter your paypal info or your normal info (name, cc number etc) do that and buy it as a guest, excatly how i did mine and i have no paypal
