Steam Must Be Running To Play This Game Fix

Many people have this error: Steam Must Be Running To Play This Game And this error: Steam Can't run this game on offline mode.

They are 100 things that you can do to fix it!!

Well im going to Show you how!

This is how it worked for me!

1. Open Black Ops Folder

2. find a folder there it is a vcredits.exe and install it!

3. in that folder where vcredits.exe is it will be another folder, open it up!

4. scroll down to you find DXTSETUP or you can download direct X v 9 from Internett!!

If that not working try this.

1. Uninstall steam.

2. uninstall Black ops

3. Find a new torrent for Black ops and install it!

And if that not working.

1. Buy a Computer that is ment to be played on!

yup but i think i failed in the second part of the install

Meabe you should try to uninstall/reinstall the game

i made twice but i think i failed when i delete steam maybe i dont delete all the files
