Sorry, I don't understand what you are saying. If you decide to modify the plain text User.ini, you must encrypt it once again with the tool, and copy the encrypted copy back to System.

So here is my question. I got Unreal Development Kit (UDK) . so i try to open the encrypted User.ini.dec file into the Unreal Development Kit but it doesn't want to open !
It says unsupported map !

User.ini is not a map, its a configuration file. You can edit it with any text editor.

Ok . I got it tthanks dbased ! Do i have to remove the real User file after copying the User.ini.enc in the System or have the both files together there ?
Is there any changes occur in game by changing the settings in User configuration files?

If you are not interested in editing the configuration files, then do not bother with this release.
Once you have selected a file for decryption using the tool, you will find the decrypted file in the same directory.

Delete the original file "name.ini", and remove ".dec.enc" from the new file.
You are replacing the original with the new file you have created.

i cant delete the .dec.enc because its a .enc file and if i want to delete it with properties it doesnt work
