So you have to be 21 to own a handgun, yet 18 to own a low-capacity rifle or shotgun?

and you must pay $100 (for 6 years) and must take a gun safety class.

Am I right?

Pistols are easily concealable as where a shotgun or a rifle is not.

in USA u don't need a license to buy a Hand Gun or SMG or Rifle ! in Egypt You have to need license and there are 3 types only

1st Hand Gun , you will renew the license next year after buying the Gun

2nd 22 LR. Rifle

3rd Shotgun

you can't buy a rifle nor SMG it is only for Police,army

Special Weapons only for Commandos and Task force 777

im pretty sure u need a license to purchase, possess, and carry a gun

Are you retarded? SMGs and any other sort of fully automatic firearm has been illegal in the states since '86.

I think gun laws are dependent on your state... so, it depends on which state you live in.

or you can just buy unregistered guns from people. and own whatever the fuck you want. I got an Ak47 and .44mag that the government doesnt need to know about.

only certain fully automatic firearms, and pistols are legal (i think)

dont think u can own an ak-47 like my friend's family ownes an Uzi but his father served in the military (or so I heard).
