This is a bunch of bullshit. The owner of this group can't even use correct grammar, or English skills. Not to mention he's Egyptian, but still. A News Team should have SUPERB if not OUTSTANDING grammar, and English skills. You should also have experience in having a team, putting up deadlines, and being able to get things in on time. If you have different people doing different sections or positions; you being the leader will have to review it for any grammar, or spelling mistakes - fix it and put it all together.
