Hey, general, verry nice trainer dude!!!!! i have a question, is there a way to change leaderboard things? Like kills deaths of team deathmatch, of the number of captures of domination etc etc

General Shepherd are you sure putting different proficiency on different weapons is patched? It feels like Damage proficiency on a SMG does make a different, but maybe that is just me.

it's you... It has been patched When the game starts you will not see the Damage Icon show up with the perks on the right side of the screen

Unfortunately, IW has patched most of the thing so:
1-) Don't try to put a proficiency on a weapons that it wasn't supposed to have, like Damage on Assault Rifles and SMGs;
2-) Don't put a Primary on the secondary slot, unless you have Overkill Equipped, otherwise, it will be replaced for the USP.
3-) Don't equip a weapon with a proficiency/attachment if you haven't unlocked it yet... It'll not work. Like putting Stability on a lvl 1 sniper...
4-) The Elite Camo's might cause you to spawn with no weapon.

Restart the game and you'll hear all things normally again...
