Well, You can get banned for adding/buying those.
A friend of mine told me that Aeria announced something related to noel guns and anyone buys em after the event period will be banned.

I have the Noel FR but I can't give it to you because it might ban you. Plus im pretty sure AVA has the files for the Noel because what if you pick it up and use it. It has to be in the database somewhere in the ava-game files.
