    i googled it and i just dont want to waste my money and some fake ass website.
    and i checked my baseband version CANT be unlocked by jailbreaking so i need to find a website that can does it for money

    Find a Vendor in one of your shopping complexes (Malls, Plaza's, etc. (what ever there called over there)) that Fix iPhone's, as they should be able to unlock it.

    If you've topped up/recharged more then $80 you should be able to call them up and ask for them to unlock for free. Could be different for Phone companies where you are though :/
